About Me

My photo
Well, let's see...I'm a mommy and a wife that crafts on the little spare time I have...I tend to sleep late to get more crafting in...I think we all do that. I can almost never finish a single project start to finish...why? Because I come up with a way better project or idea and have to do it RIGHT NOW!!! Needless to say I have many projects unfinished, kind of all over my craft room (hehe). I love working with all sorts of supplies, paper, lace, pearls, paint, sprays…anything pretty much. I've yet to try many other wonderful supplies out there but one day I will…and will leave an unfinished project behind to start a new one…

TP Fall mini

Hi Everyone!!!

Here I have my very first toilet paper roll mini album.  Before I touch on the album I do want to say that working with the TP roll was not my most favorite medium.  I could not get the roll to lay flat and it was too thick for my liking.  I know many of you love the TP roll and that is great, really, it just was not for me.  I did hear after than I can wet the roll a little to flatten it up.  If I ever make another one I'll have to try that.

The outcome of the mini was just what I wanted.  The paper I used was DCWV Harvest Gathering Stack.  I used seam binding and some sort of fluffy ribbon on the spine.  The leaves I purchased at the Dollar Tree.

I hadn’t made a mini in such a long time.  It really was fun making it and getting back into the mini spirit.

The made the mini for a swap that I participated in over at Scrap Maidens on Facebook.
